<p>PURPOSE: To improve a light transmission quantity by directly forming condenser lenses overlapping on respective photocells on a flattening layer and dyeing these lenses, then subjecting the lenses to a flank treatment to prevent color mixing for the purpose of ensuing stages. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin consisting essentially of gelatin or casein resin is applied on the surface of the flattening layer 2 and is exposed and developed to allow the prescribed patterns to remain in order to form the prescribed patterns in the positions overlapping on the photocells 1a and thereafter, the prescribed patterns are subjected to a soft baking treatment by causing reflow. The condenser lenses 12a having a prescribed radius of curvature are then obtd. and thereafter, the lenses are dyed with the dyes having a prescribed color sepn. characteristic and in succession, the condenser lenses 12a are subjected to a surface treatment with a surface treating agent, such as tannic acid. The dyed condenser lenses 12a are treated in such a manner, by which the color mixing at the time of dyeing in the ensuing stages is prevented. As a result, the light transmittance is improved.</p> |
