<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a metallic plated laminated sheet having a small deviation in plate thickness, by method wherein a frame fitting in a groove provided in a circumferential part of one side of one sheet out of flat panels is fixed and a laminating material is put within the frame. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is fitted in a groove provided in a circumferential part of a flat panel 1. A laminated material obtained by piling up prepreg and a metallic foil is put on the inside of the frame of the flat panel and the laminated material is controlled so that ends of four sides become a little larger than inside dimensions of the frame. Although the flat panel is made of singleness of iron or aluminum or copper or nickel or an alloy of them or a composite article of them, the frame is made of the same quality of the material as that of the flat panel. A dept of the groove is at least 0.3mm, a height of the frame is varied according to a thickness of a laminated plate. Since flowing resin is prevented from leaking at the time of molding of the laminated plate, plate thickness accuracy becomes favorable.</p> |
