PURPOSE:To result no breakage of a mounting piece even when external force is applied to a resin formed body, which is a separate item part, and make the sure and steady fixing of the resin formed body possible even when force is applied to the direction so as to put the resin formed body out of place by a method wherein each reinforcing ribe for reinforcing the rigidity of the mounting piece is set in a flange shape along the periphery of the mounting piece. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that engaging claws 23, which are provided on the rear side of a resin frame 21, are engaged with the one edge 12 of an opening 12, a speaker grille 20 is pivoted downwards so as to insert mounting bosses 24, each of which is protrusively provided on the rear side of the resin frame 21, in the notches 14 of the mounting piece 13 so as to fix the speaker grille 20 to the opening 12 by fusing the bosses with an ultrasonic welding device. At this time, since a reinforcing rib 15 is flangedly provided along the periphery of each mounting piece 13, the shifting of the caulked part 25 at the tip of the mounting boss 24 is checked by the reinforcing rib 15, resulting in eliminating the fear of the falling off of the speaker grille 20 and obtaining its secure fixing. |
