<p>PURPOSE:To utilize marine organism incineration residue which is disposed of by digestion as a soil conditioner by placing the incineration residue discharge port at the lower section of a discharge hood in the water of a water sealing pipe, connecting the gas outlet at the upper section of the discharge hood to the gas inlet of a noxious gas removal tower, and connecting the exhaust pipe of the water sealing tank to a supply water pipe that supplies water with alkali content to a sprinkler. CONSTITUTION:Marine organisms supplied from a marine organism tank 12 are incinerated by a rotary kiln 1, and the incineration residue passes through a discharge hood 2 and falls into the water of a water sealing tank 4 to be disposed of by digestion. The incineration residue in the water is raked up by a residue discharge device 3 to be stripped of its moisture, and stored in a hopper 11 for digested residue storage. And, noxious gases are supplied into a noxious gas removal tower 6 and there they are treated for noxious gas removal. Since the water in the water sealing tank 4 is alkali due to its inclusion of calcium hydroxide, it is used as part of the water for noxious gas removal that is spread from a sprinkler of the noxious gas removal tower 6, and used for neutralization of acid gases in the gases. The soluble salts and colloid suspensions and dusts that are contained in the water discharged from the water sealing tower 4 are discharged as dusts from the lower section of the noxious gas removal tower 6 and an electrostatic precipitator 9.</p> |
