<p>PURPOSE:To form a spring in small size by setting a projection area of a piston, by which the first operating chamber is formed, larger than the projection area of a piston of the second operating chamber. CONSTITUTION:Since a projection area of a piston 7 in a side of the second operating chamber 50, in which dead volume is generated, is set smaller than the projection area of the piston 7 in a side of the first operating chamber 60, a relatively small influence is given to the piston 7 by reaction force caused by the dead volume. Accordingly, tension of a spring 308 can be preset to a small value even in the case of arranging the spring 308 for compensating a fluctuation of the reaction force caused by the dead volume in the side of this second actuating chamber 50. In this way, the spring 308 can be miniaturized.</p> |
