FAR INFRARED-RAY RADIATING PANEL HEATER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a panel heater to warm up the lower part of a room while attached to the ceiling and faced downward by putting a metal heat diffusing plate with high thermal conductivity on the surface of a flat heat generating body and forming a thin film of a material having a higher far infrared-ray radiating efficiency than the metal on the heat diffusing plate. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum plate as a metal heat diffusing plate 2 is put on the surface of a flat heat generating body 1 and at the same time a hinoki board with a straight grain as a thin film of a material to radiate far infrared- ray efficiently is put on the surface of the heat diffusing plate 2. In the back side of the flat heat generating body 1, a calcium carbonate-based foam heat insulating material is put as a heat insulator 4. A panel heater composed in this way is lightweight so that it is able to be attached to the ceiling and walls and since the heat diffused by the metal heat diffusing plate is radiated as a far infrared-ray by the thin film of the material radiating far infrared-ray highly efficiently to the room to warm up, the lower part of the room is more heated than the upper part.
