PURPOSE:To select a delay lights-out function with a normal switch operated without increasing switching steps in number by connecting a delay timer circuit and load to the off-circuit of a multi-step type switch. CONSTITUTION:The rotating contact piece 16 of a 4 step change-over switch 1a which is connected to a AC power supply 11, is constituted to make continuity of contacts (a) and (a'), and contacts (b) and (b'), contacts (c) and (c'), and contacts (d) and (d') respectively in order. When the rotating control piece 16 is in between the contacts (a) and (a'), fluorescent lamps 4 and 5 are switched on by stabilizers 7 and 8, and glow starters 9a and 10a respectively. In the second place, when the piece is in between the contacts (b) and (b'), only the fluorescent lamp 4 is switched on. And when the piece is in between the contacts (c) and (c'), a safety lamp 6 is switched on, when the piece is then in between the contacts (d) and (d'), a delay lights-out lamp 15 is switched on via a timer relay 14 (an exciting coil 14a is excited by a control circuit 14b after a definite time has elapsed, a relay contact 14c is opened so as to be turned off), so that the lamp goes out after a definite time elapses. |
