PURPOSE:To obtain a vulcanizer for a rotatable molding die by installing a plurality of guide rails, which are mounted vertically under an inclined state and the directions of inclinations of which are opposite at every one stage, into a heating tank and providing a delivery means delivering molding dies on the upper stage sides to the lower stage sides on the end section sides of the guide rails. CONSTITUTION:Guide rails 46 fitted in the V grooves of the ring-shaped block 16 of molding dies 10 and receiving the molding dies 10 are disposed in a heating tank 32 at multistages, and the guide rails 46 are inclined respectively and the directions of inclinations thereof are made opposite at every stage. Delivery devices 48 are arranged on each end section side of the guide rails 46, and the molding dies 10 are delivered from the guide rails 46 at upper ends to the guide rails 46 at lower stages. A discharger 50 is mounted in a discharge opening 36, and the molding dies 10 are discharged to the outside one by one. The molding dies 10 fast stuck and placed on the guide rails 46 receive heating action during retention in the heating tank 32, and a rubber material filled in the inside is vulcanized. |
