<p>PURPOSE:To obtain delicious toast of the same baked color even if bread is baked continuously many times by providing a control means for controlling the heating quantity of a heater, based on the output of a heating quantity determining means. CONSTITUTION:When a setting switch 3 is desired, the baked color of toast is set. Subsequently, when a toast cooking switch 4 is turned on, a set baked color set value and a signal of the toast cooking switch 4 are sent to a control circuit 7 by an input circuit A6a and an input circuit B6. Thus, a deciding means 71 decides the baked color set value, and an electric conduction stop time of the upper heater 18 and the lower heater before starting the cooking. Also, based on the output of a heating quantity determining means 72, a heating quantity control means 73 controls the electric conduction of the upper heater 18 and the lower heater 19. At the time of the next toast cooking, by only turning on the toast cooking switch 4, cooking is executed by a second toast cooking time B2 corresponding to the baked color set value and a heating stop time t2 of a heating pattern and toast of the same baked color as a first time is obtained.</p> |
