<p>PURPOSE:To accurately detect tape tension by detecting the tape tension based on the change of the angle of a second arm for that of a first arm. CONSTITUTION:Since the two stage constitution of the first arm 16 driven rotatably by a driving means 44 and the second arm 17 rotating with the arm 16 and draws out a tape 2 from an unloading position to a loading position is employed, and a tension sensor 33 is provided which detects the tape tension based on the change of the angle of the arm 17 for that of the arm 16, it is possible to accurately detect the tape tension on the middle way of loading and after loading based on the change of the angle of the arm 17 for that of the arm 16, respectively.</p> |
