PURPOSE:To eliminate stickiness, to easily handle and to improve drilling properties by forming aqueous soluble lubricant of polyglycerin monostearate. CONSTITUTION:Polyglycerin monostearate of aqueous soluble lubricant is generally obtained by dehydrating and condensing glycerin and then esterifying it with stearic acid. More specifically, hexaglycerin monostearate, decaglycerin monostearate, etc., are exemplified. As a method of disposing the lubricant in a laminate, the lubricant is merely suitably heated, warmed or formed in a coating layer having 0.01-3mm of thickness as aqueous solution. Paper, plastic nonwoven fabric, porous metal sheet, etc., is suitably heated or warmed or disposed as a sheet having 0.01-3mm of thickness immersed with aqueous soluble lubricant as aqueous solution. Further, at least one side surface of plastic or metal foil is suitably heated, warmed or sheets coated with aqueous soluble lubricant layer having 0.01-3mm of thickness as aqueous solution are superposed on a coating side. |
