A process for the production of service boxes comprised of a set of PCB's to which have been inserted and soldered the corresponding electrical components is characterised in that the production process includes at least some of the following: forming the printed conductors, insertion of conductive bridges, insertion of short pins and long pins in apertures in the PCB's, soldering of the short pins and long pins, checking the printed circuits, bending or angling of PCB's by milling of bases, "sewing" of PCB's along perimeter edges, assembly of covers and fuses, final checking and encasing. Details of the bridges, pins, PCB's, connectors and fuses are given. |
