PURPOSE:To suppress the nutritive value and obtain a favorite food rich in dietary fiber by seasoning sliced KONJAK (devil's-tongue), drying the seasoned sliced KONJAK and then bagging the resultant dried KONJAK. CONSTITUTION:For example, a very small amount of Guinea pepper is mixed to produce platy edible KONJAK (devil's-tongue), which is suitably sliced, placed in a desired seasoning liquid and boiled up. After draining the seasoning liquid, the KONJAK is dried by a dehumidifying dryer, etc., and then cut to an optional size with a cutter for producing noodles, etc. The cut KONJAK, together with a disoxidizer, is subsequently bagged to afford the objective product. |
