发明名称 ESTIMATION METHOD FOR SURFACE CLEANING AND GRINDING DEGREE
摘要 PURPOSE:To estimate a surface cleaning and grinding degree correctly by finding a mill scale residual rate by calculation from the iron and oxygen quantitative ratio obtained from the steel piece sticked to each set place of a steel product and a reference quantitative ratio. CONSTITUTION:When a steel product 1 is cleaned and ground with a shot blasting, in the state of a steel piece 2 being sticked to the set place of the steel product 1, the steel piece 2 is also cleaned and ground at its surface similar to the steel product 1. After completion of the cleaning and grinding, the steel piece 2 is removed, the quantitative ratio of the oxygen and iron of the steel piece 2 is analyzed by an electronic microscope and the residual rate of a mill scale is found. The lower the numerical value of this residual rate is, the better the degree of the cleaning and grinding is, and the higher the numerical value is, the worse the cleaning and grinding degree becomes. Whether the cleaning and grinding of each place of the steel product 1 are performed in what extent or not can be estimated, by finding the mill scale residual rate of the steel piece 2 cleaned and ground with its sticking to each set place. A concrete cleaning and grinding conditions is set based on the estimation and a high grade cleaning and grinding equal to the steel product 1 in the same form is executed.
