PURPOSE:To polish a mandrel easily and accurately, by fixing a polishing part that a polishing face is faced to the side face of the mandrel, to the inside face of a movable frame. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 1 supported on the rotating shaft of a movable frame 2 is pressed to the polishing face of a polishing part 9 at its side face by the pressing roller 25 of a pressing part 24. The side face of the mandrel 1 is then polished in the peripheral direction with a polishing part 9 being driven and also the movable frame 2 being rotated. |
