PURPOSE:To improve operational feeling and acquire various functions in a simple structure by providing a drive control means to add an oscillating force respectively in the outward direction and in the inward direction on a shift lever through a drive device when first and second sensors are in the sensing state. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a drive device 11 with a shift lever 1 provided free to carry out reciprocal oscillation operation pivotally around a support shaft 3 and with a gear type deceleration device 9 to transmit a shift lever 1 by way of decelerating a rotational force of a motor 10 and adding a reciprocal oscillating force to the shift lever 1 in accordance with normal and reverse rotation of the motor 10. Additionally, it is constituted to provide a drive control device to add an oscillating force in the outward direction through the drive device 11 to the shift lever 1 when a second sensor 8 is in the state of detection as well as the oscillating force is added in the outward direction through the drive device 11 to the shift lever 1 when a first sensor 7 is in the state of detection.
