PURPOSE:To form a functional polymer LB film containing no alkyl group in polymer by accumulating a single molecule film obtained by developing compound represented by a special formula on water surface on a solid substrate under special surface pressure. CONSTITUTION:In a conductive polymer LB film, a single molecule film obtained by developing compound represented by next formula (Me is a methyl group, n is integer number) on water surface is accumulated on a solid substrate under 20dyn/cm<2> or below of surface pressure. As a method of accumulating the film on the substrate, a vertical dipping method or a horizontal adhering method may be employed, or more desirably a moving wall method may be employed. According to this, a conductive polymer LB film containing no alkyl group and polytriphenylamine of stable cation radical as a functional position can be obtained without necessity of a process such as a heat treatment, a dehydration, etc. |
