PURPOSE:To eliminate a fear of a liquid leakage and a decomposition of electrolyte and to reduce the self discharge by using a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte as an electrolyte, as well as using a cadmium material as a negative electrode. CONSTITUTION:In this cell, a negative electrode 1 which consists of coke is pressure-connected on the inner surface of a negative electrode collector 2, and the negative electrode collector 2 is fixed to the inner bottom surface of a negative electrode can 3 with U-shape section which consists of a ferrite type stainless steel (SUS 430). The peripheral edge of the negative electrode can 3 is fixed to the inside of an insulating packing 4 made of polypropylene, and a positive electrode can 5 with U-shape section which consists of a stainless steel is fixed to the periphery of the insulating packing 4 at the opposite side of the negative electrode can 3. A positive electrode collector 6 is fixed to the inner bottom surface of the positive electrode can 5, and a positive electrode 7 made of MnO2 is fixed to the inner surface of the positive electrode collector 6. And between the positive electrode 7 and the above negative electrode 1, a separator 8 being a solid electrolyte film is placed. |
