<p>The present invention relates to a device for regulating the temperature in an air conditioning system, for example for a motor vehicle of any type. The air conditioning system is of the type comprising a duct (1) capable of directing a flow of air into the passenger space of a vehicle, a heat exchanger (8) and a cooling means, disposed in the said duct between a fan and the passenger space and capable of respectively heating and cooling at least a portion of the flow of air, and a regulating flap (10) mounted in a moving manner inside the duct, and displaced by means of a regulating member, in such a way as to deflect a variable portion of the flow of air towards the heat exchanger, the device being characterised in that a control for switching on the cooling means is connected to the regulating member, in such a way that a displacement in a given direction of this member results in a progressive and continuously increasing or decreasing variation in the temperature of the air.
