PURPOSE:To reduce the number of backup power sources and to reduce in size a redundancy type power source by providing two output terminals at one backup power source, connecting them to two power transmission system, detecting a fault of either one system, and supplying power to the system of a fault side. CONSTITUTION:One output terminal of a backup power source 13 is connected to a first power transmission system 3 of an output voltage V1, and the other one output terminal of the power source 13 is connected to a second power transmission system 4 of an output voltage V2. A first fault detector 14 and a second trouble detector obtain information of trouble from switching power sources, and send a signal indicating whether the fault is in the system 3 or in the system 4 to the power source 13. Thus, the fault of either one system is detected, powers can be supplied to the two systems by one power source 13, thereby reducing in size a redundancy type power source. |
