<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the leaving of bubbles drawn in an adhesive layer as voids when adhesives are applied by coating the adhered surface of a vibration- damping substrate and a cushioning material with adhesives and laminating these vibration-damping substrate and cushioning material in a vacuum atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The bonded surfaces of vibration-damping substrates 2, 3 and a cushioning material 4 are coated with adhesives 5. These vibration-damping substrates 2, 3 and cushioning material 4 are laminated in a vacuum atmosphere. Accordingly, even when bubbles are produced when adhesives 5 are applied, these bubbles are crushed in the vacuum atmosphere, and are not confined in an adhesive layer after bonding as voids.</p> |
