PURPOSE:To improve a yield and to reduce a cost by providing a flat film having the spiral or concentrical patterns formed of two parts varying in spectral characteristics, thereby decreasing and simplifying stages. CONSTITUTION:The film 12 composed of a diazonium salt and coupler is flatly formed on the glass substrate 10 and further, the flat recording film 14 and the reflecting layer 16 are formed thereon. The film 12 composed of the diazonium salt and coupler is provided with the spiral or concentrical patterns consisting of colored parts 18 and non-colored parts 20. The stages and devices are decreased and the improvement in the yield and the reduction of the cost are attained. |
