PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and to improve operation efficiency by making openable and closable covers at both side of a cylindrical high-pressure container using high-pressure hydrostatic pressure, fixing a yoke frame and making the container movable in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical high-pressure container 1 has constitution openable and closable a front cover 2 to be equipped with a water supply covering 3 and a front cover 5. A yoke frame 6 is fixed to the container and the high- pressure container 1 is made movable in the vertical direction by a device 7 of raising and dropping the container. The high-pressure container 1 is moved to a rise position 1X to carry in a material P to be treated (e.g. sealed foods, drugs, etc., put in flexible film or paper pack). The container is closed so as not to leak water under normal pressure and water is supplied to the container from a water feed and drain hole 10. Water and water are ovenflown form an overflowing hole 11, the container is charged with water and completely closed by a hydraulic cylinder 4. Then pressure water is sent from a pressure inlet 12, the container is pressurized and the material P to be treated is subjected to high-pressure treatment such as processing or sterilization. |
