PURPOSE:To shorten the workhours while facilitating the operation by mixing a foamable resin liquid and curing liquid forwarded into a mixing tank while vibrating the mixing tank and injecting a mixture into a molding die from the discharge pipe of the bottom of the mixing tank. CONSTITUTION:A main-agent housing tank 11 is filled with a foamable urethane resin liquid, a solvent housing tank 12 with a solvent and a curing-liquid housing tank 13 with a curing liquid, on-off valves 17, 19 are opened and the foamable urethane resin liquid and the curing liquid are introduced into weighing tanks 20, 22 and the on-off valves 17, 19 are closed. On-off valves 31, 33 are opened under the state in which the lower end section of a flexible house 37 is positioned in the filler hole 3 of a molding die 2 while a vibration applier 38 is operated and a tank 34 for mixing is vibrated, the foamable urethane resin and the curing liquid in the weighing tanks 20, 22 are forwarded into the tank 34 for mixing, and both liquids are agitated and brought to a mixed state. On-off valves 35, 41 are opened, and a mixed liquid is extruded by air pressure, and press-fitted into the space section 5 of the molding die 2. |
