PURPOSE:To facilitate the start of a motor and reduce the wasteful energy loss by constituting the sliding part, which surrounds the sliding part of a vibrator, of a mover out a plurality of contacts, which are made in spring structure independently in circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:For a mover R, a plurality of grooves f are made axially in circumferential direction on the sliding part with a vibrator. That is, each segment g divided by the grooves f are made hard to be affected by the action of other adjacent segment g. A plurality of contacts with the vibrator of the mover R are made in independent spring structure. Accordingly, each contact of the mover R and the vibrator contact with each other in narrow region, so the loss by abrasion becomes small. Hereby, the coupling between the vibrator and the mover R is loosened, and it becomes to easy to start, and also even if the accuracy in processing of the vibrator is bad, uniform contact between the mover R and the vibrator can be maintained, and wasteful energy loss can be decreased. |
