<p>A glass sheet (5) is supported on a bending mould (6) in a heating furnace (1) and heated close to a softening temperature by means of a heating field generated by heating elements (4). Glass sheet (5) is placed adjacent to the heating field whose energy distribution is adjusted as desired.
