PURPOSE:To recover CO2 economically with good efficiency by forming a closed loop heat cycle containing a reheat gas turbine and a recovering boiler, and burning liquefied natural gas with pure O2 in a gas turbine, thereby extracting the increased CO2 outside a system for recovering it. CONSTITUTION:In a CO2 recovering type thermal power system, a closed loop heat cycle 3 consists of a reheat gas turbine 1 and an exhaust heat recovery boiler 2, and CO2 is circulated as a working fluid. To LNG serving as fuel, pure O2 equivalently to a theoretical amount of air is supplied from an oxygen supplying means 4 so as to burn by the reheat gas turbine 1. Since CO2 and H2O are generated by burning LNG with pure O2 in the reheat gas turbine 1, H2O is discharged by a condenser 5, and CO2 which is increased by burning, is extracted outside the closed loop system 3 liquefied with a cooling effect at time gasification of LNG or the like so as to recover CO2. Steam serving as the working fluid, which is generated in the exhaust heat recovery boiler 2 is supplied to a steam turbine 6 so as to carry out a work. |
