NEW MATERIAL:Peptides (salts) having amino acid sequences of formulas I, to VIII, respectively. USE:Medicines with cell-proliferative function-inhibitory activity. PREPARATION:For example, the Merrifield solid phase synthesis is applied as follows: a Fmoc-Met resin as solid phase carrier is swelled with DMF and treated with a 50% pyridine-DMF solution to eliminate Fmoc group followed by washing with DMF and then with isopropanol; then, in accordance with the amino acid sequence for the objective peptide, Fmoc group elimination cycles and Fmoc amino acid condensations are repeated to synthesize a peptide resin, and trifluoroacetic acid-methylene chloride is added to this resin, and the peptide is cut from the resin and purified by high performance liquid chromatography, thus obtaining one of the objective peptides of the corresponding formula. |
