PURPOSE:To monitor the state of clinker remotely on the central side of a center control chamber, etc., by providing a detecting section processing a image signal from a sensor section and obtaining the quantity of clinker adhering on a combustion furnace and an alarm means generating an alarm when the coating build-up of clinker reaches a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:A sensor dection is composed of an optical fiber 13 and a CCD camera 14, and a detecting section is constituted of a computer 16, etc. Each optical fiber 13 acquires the images of the opening sections of corresponding ports 12, and corresponding CCD cameras 14 are supplied with acquired images at all times. Each CCD camera 14 converts the images supplied into image signals constituted of MXN picture elements, and transmitted over an image processor 15. The image processor 15 processes the output signals of the four CCD cameras 14, and checks whether or not the quantity of clinker adhering on each uppermost-stage secondary air port 12 exceeds a specified value. When the quantity exceeds the specified value, an alarm device 18 is driven, and an alarm is given to a monitor. |
