PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect and correctly read out a RESYNC signal even when a SYNC signal can not correctly detected by providing this information reproducing device with a circuit capable of surely outputting an optimum RESYNC detection pulse in a window. CONSTITUTION:A SYNC detection signal 15a is formed by a SYNC detecting circuit 15, the 1st RESYNC position is estimated by the action of delays 2 to 4, a normal RESYNC estimation pulse is formed and a window is set up before and after the above pulse by the delays 4, 5. On the other hand, a matching signal 11a formed by a RESYN pattern matching circuit 11 is detected as a RESYNC detection pulse 12a to that two or more pulses are not generated in the window by a window circuit 12. A pulse existence deciding circuit 13 and a selector circuit 14 outputs a RESYNC detection pulse when one or more pulses are included in the window, or outputs a normal RESYNC estimation pulse when no pulse is included. Consequently, the high quality of information reproducing can be maintained. |
