PURPOSE:To provide the subject spinning oil exhibiting excellent electrostatic and fiber-collecting properties and good spinning characteristics on the high speed spinning of acrylic fibers by compounding a wax preferably a melting point within a specific range, a specified cationic or amphoteric surfactant and an oxyalkylene polymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) One or more kinds of ester-, paraffinic- and polyethylene- waxes having a melting point of 30-130 deg.C, (B) one or more kinds of cationic and amphoteric surfactants represented by formulas I to V (m:n=0.5-2; m+n=3; R1 is 7-12C alkyl, alkenyl; R2 is methyl, ethyl, hydroxyethyl, etc.; R3 is 8-22C alkyl, etc.; R4 is methyl, etc.; X<-> is halogen ion, 1-4C carboxyl ion, etc.) and (C) an oxyalkylene polymer having an average mol.wt. of 2000-40000) are mixed with each other and subsequently emulsified to prepare an oiling agent for spinning acrylic fibers at a high speed. |
