<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a device which can improve an accuracy in a component sucking position by controlling the component sucking position by a stationary block for controlling the sucking position along a groove before the component is sucked to a collet, confirming the movement by a position detecting sensor for detecting the movement to the sucking position, and sucking it. CONSTITUTION:In a separation and suction device 2 for sucking in vacuum only a component 1 moved to a normal position to a collet 6 and processing it while sequentially feeding it between stations, a stationary block 3 formed with a groove 7 for guiding the movement of the component 1 and controlling the sucking position of the component 1 along. the groove 7, and a position detecting sensor 5 for detecting the movement to the sucking position of the component 1 are provided. Before the component 1 is sucked to the collet 6, the sucking position is controlled by the block 3, confirmed by the sensor 5, and only the component 1 moved to the normal sucking position is sucked. For example, the block 3 is formed in a shape along the profile of the component 1 at the contact position of the component 1, i.e., the sucking position, and a vacuum sucking hole 8 is further formed in the bottom at the sucking position of the component 1.</p> |
