INFERIOR SLIVER-TREATING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To comfortably open a bobbin in an almost constant state by calculating the diameter of a sliver bobbin from position of outer periphery of the bobbin, rotating the bobbin with a driving motor according to the diameter and opening with sucking released sliver into air flow. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of a sliver bobbin 1 is calculated from position of outer periphery of the bobbin and rotating speed of a driving motor 15 is controlled through a sequence controller according to a stepwise output signal of the diameter to keep peripheral speed of the bobbin almost constant. Released sliver is sucked by an opening nozzle 17 and opened at a top end part of the nozzle.
