CONSTITUTION:The gear speed changer 22 of an automatic transmission is connected to an engine 2 via a torque converter 6. An electromagnetic fuel injection valve 5 is arranged in an intake passage 1 connected to the intake side of the engine 2. The fuel injection valve 5 is controlled by a control unit 110 for engine control based on each operation information. In this case, when a throttle valve 9 is in its full close position, and the engine speed is at a specified value or less, a target idle rotational speed is set by an electronic control unit 11 in response to engine load information and the like. Valve opening of a bypass valve 3 is feedback-controlled so that the engine speed is maintained near the target idle rotational speed. |
