PURPOSE: To make possible the operation of a vehicle even when it travels in a curved course, and shorten the braking distance by providing a wheel rotation sensor and a brake pressure modulator at each front wheel, connecting a brake pressure adaptor to each rear wheel, and connecting the the brake pressure adaptor and the brake pressure modulator on the same side to each other. CONSTITUTION: Brake pressure adaptors 31, 30 are respectively connected to rear wheel brakes 9, 10, first connections 42 are connected to main connections 12, 13 for brake circuits I, II, second connections 43 are connected to the rear wheel brakes 9, 10 through safety devices 33, 32, and third connections 45 are connected to brake pressure modulators 17, 16 on the same side. Thus, fluctuations in brake pressure of front wheels 7, 8 due to the control of the brake pressure modulators 16, 17 of a control device 8 based on signals from front wheel rotation sensors 19, 21 are transmitted respectively to the brake pressure adaptors 30, 31 to become equal to the front wheel pressure. By this constitution, the braking performance is improved and the braking distance can be shortened.
