PURPOSE:To prevent overlooking of the arrival of a mail by preparing a file informing the arrival of a mail in advance, calling the file at each arrival of a mail and informing the arrival of a mail in voice. CONSTITUTION:When a mail reaches the user from other user while the user makes log-in or when a mail reaches the user from other user while the user in log-in, an CPU 3 is interrupted. When the CPU 3 receives the interrupt, the CPU 3 calls a voice file and sends the content to a voice input/output device 11. The voice input/output device 11 converts a voice file being a digital signal into an analog voice signal and outputs a voice such as 'a mail has just arrived' from a speaker.
