PURPOSE:To make machines smaller and lighter by a method wherein utilization of an inner insulating cylinder which works both as a bobbin and insulating parts makes both inner and outer insulating layers thinner and cooling efficiency is contrived to be promoted. CONSTITUTION:A high strength insulation layer 5 which consists of materials such as glass cloth or glass tape etc. and has good impregnation susceptibility is applied on an insulating cylinder 4 which consists of FRP, micaglass etc. and has high air tightness, and a coil 3 is fabricated with strip conductors made of Al or Cu etc. and interlayer insulations which are thin films of glass cloth or glass film etc. And the region 6 which is outside the coil is filled with a tape which is excellently susceptible to impregnation wound outwards along the radial direction of the coil approximately in the same thickness as a thickness of the coil. Next thereto an uniform high strength fabric layer 7 is formed by winding high strength fabric materials such as glass tape or glass cloth etc. in the necessary thickness around the outer surface of it. And impregnation with resin is performed on the whole body, and hardening is done. |
