PURPOSE:To obtain a conductive material which well fits with an oxide high- temp. superconductor and can have various conductivity according to the cation proportion by constituting the material of a single crystal phase of the compsn. expressed by a specified formula comprising La, Sr, Ca, Y, and O. CONSTITUTION:This conductive material has the compsn. of single crystal phase expressed by the chemical formula (La1-ySry)2(Ca1-yYx)Cu2O2, where x>=0.01 and 4y-x is 0.8-1. By using this material, various conductivity can be obtained in the single crystal phase by varying the cation proportion. This conductive material has good fitness with an oxide high-temp. superconductor. |
