PURPOSE:To carry a package through a bobbin without causing load collapse and perfectly protect the thread layer of the package by preliminarily inserting an end plate to a support bar, and engagingly locking the end plate by a locking member. CONSTITUTION:After a multistage package 13 is transferred from a doffing truck to a support bar 2 capable of falling and standing, the support bar 2 is stood up, a hanger 6 suspended from a ceiling carrying wheel in such a manner as to be raised and lowered is lowered to cover the support bar 2, and the multistage package 13 is received by a locking member 11 removably and attachably provided on the top of the hanger 6. In this case, an end plate 4 is preliminarily inserted to the support bar 2, and the end plate 4 is engagingly locked by the locking member 11. Thus, the package 13 can be carried through a bobbin without causing load collapse.
