PURPOSE:To facilitate the differential revolution at low revolution and improve operation performance by installing the first and second springs and installing each revolution suppressing part between a weight pat and a differential pinion gear and between the differential pinion gear and a differential gear case. CONSTITUTION:In case of a low car speed, the weight parts 14-1 and 14-2 are applied with each small centrifugal force, and pressed in the outside direction by the urging power of the first spring 16, and the frictional surface parts 26-1 and 26-2 of the first revolution suppressing part 20-1 and the surface members 28-1 and 28-2 slidingly move. In case of high car speed or stuck state, the centrifugal force increases, and the weight parts 14-1 and 14-2 shift to the outside, and press the second springs 18-1 and 18-2, and differential pinion gears 10-1 and 10-2 are pressed on the surface members 30-1 and 30-2 of the second revolution suppressing part 20-2. Then, the sliding frictional force between the first and second revolution suppressing parts 20-2 and 20-1 suppresses the revolution around the differential pinion shaft 8 of the differential pinion gears 10-1 and 10-2.
