PURPOSE:To obtain the title inhibitor effective even for multi-resistance cancerous cells, obtained by removing a fraction of antibody from a specific fraction derived from serum of sclerodermia patient. CONSTITUTION:Serum of sclerodermia patient an autoimmune disease, known to show high antibody titer against type I topoisomerase, as one of nucleoprotein, is treated with protein A Sepharose. Fraction IgG of antibody is removed and then a fraction inhibiting type I topoisomerase is obtained. Or, serum of sclerodermia is loaded on DEAE Sepharose to remove IgG- corresponding fraction, a fraction eluted at 0.2M salt concentration is removed, and then a fraction to elute at >=0.2M salt concentration is obtained. |
