PURPOSE:To decrease memory capacity by transferring the page describing language of a drawing object related to plural areas in one page to an interpreter for each area. CONSTITUTION:An application software is set to a host computer and as a printer to be connected to the host computer, a page printer system constituted to execute a banding processing is designated. Next, a PDL code (source code) included in a first band (divided area) is sorted by using a table. The sorted PDL code is transferred to a PDL code buffer 103 on the printer side. An interpreter 104 develops the transferred PDL codes to a sub frame buffer 105 in the order of transfer. Thus, the memory capacity of the picture processor can be decreased. |
