PURPOSE:To fill resin well even in the corners of the inside of an outer shell by injecting foam heat insulated material into the outer shell of a heat insulated body, and then moving slantly the outer shell. CONSTITUTION:An outer shell 11 of a heat insulated body of a refrigerator is disposed facing upward with its injection port 12 positioned high, and an injection head 13 is inserted into the injection port 12 and foam heat insulated material raw liquid 17 is injected, and then the outer shell 11 is moved slantly. Raw liquid 17 injected into the outer shell 11 is headed for said slanting direction. The raw liquid 17, therefore, can be stretched in the outer shell 11 by selecting the proper slantly moving direction of the outer shell 11. After that, said raw liquid 17 is foamed, and in that case, the raw liquid 17 has already been stretched, and the same can be filled sufficiently even in the corners by foaming action without increasing the injection volume. Also, the time for the completion of said filling is short. Also, the filling can be carried out by a single injection head 13, and the number of injection ports 12 can be less, which makes good appearance. |
