<p>PURPOSE:To drastically improve the sealing performance of the whole between an inner cylinder and outer cylinder by interposing a spacer ring made of rubber through which at least both the side surfaces press-contact one edge surface of a hose and the bottom surface of the outer cylinder, between the outer and inner cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A hose coupling is equipped with a socket 11 as outer cylinder which consists of a steel pipe or Al pipe, nipple 12 as inner cylinder whose basic edge part is connected to the pump discharge port of a vane pump, and a spacer ring 14 fixed on the bottom part 13 of the socket 11. The spacer ring 14 is made of rubber, and consists of a body 20 whose inside surface 20a is fixed on the bottom surface 13a of the socket 11, and a wound part 21 which is bending-formed into a nearly L-figure-shaped section so as to cover the hole edge 18a of a fixing hole 16, and fixed on the socket 11 through the posterior adhesion method, etc. When the outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of the bottom surface 13 is tightened through caulking, the close adhesion state free from gap is generated through the elastic contact, and the sealing performance can be improved drastically.</p> |
