The fastener provides rapid securing of a motor vehicle loudspeaker, enabling both easy mounting and simple exchange or repair. The fastening is of a bayonet coupling type. The loudspeaker holder forms a reverberation wall with a corresp. loudspeaker aperture. Parts of the cooperating edges are firmly held together. On the periphery of the loudspeaker cage (10) at the aperture (12) edge are formed two outwards protruding segments in the aperture plane. These segments are formed in mutual rotational symmetry shape and taper uniformly in the same direction. The edge of the wall opening has ramps corresp. to the segments, as well as associated counter surfaces for retaining the segments. Pref. three identical segments at the same angular spacing are used, extending each over less than 1/6 of the periphery.
