PURPOSE:To provide the subject device which works through the utilization of an electromagnetic force having a stable suction load, by a method wherein a magnet, a load detector and a flywheel as well are housed in a vacuum chamber formed in a casing. CONSTITUTION:A fly wheel 3, an electromagnet 5, a load detector 7 are housed in a vacuum chamber 10 provided in a casing 1, and air in the vacuum chamber 10 is exhausted through a vacuum exhaust port 2. This onstitution prevents a force, exerted upon the load detector 7 through the electromagnet 5, from being affected by a difference in pressure between an atmospheric pressure P1 outside the casing 1 and a pressure P2 in the casing 1 and by the fluctuation in the difference in pressure, eliminates the need for the correction, being equivalent to a differential pressure load, and for the adjustment of the fluctuation, and permits the stabilization of a suction load. |
