PURPOSE:To obtain a powder material having small average particle size, narrow particle size distribution, and improved low-temp. sintering property and purity by synthesizing the powder by hydrothermal synthesis. CONSTITUTION:Hydroxide crystals or hydroxide precipitates as the source material containing <=10ppm impurity ions are dispersed in water by >=1/20 source material/H2 mass ratio. This dispersion liquid is put in an autocleve for the hydrothermal synthesis at >=10kg/cm<2> pressure and 100-374 deg.C. Thus, the powder material for microwave dielectric material having good sintering property and <=1mum average particle size is obtained. |
