摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To homogenize the color development of a colored body and to prevent the deterioration of a spiropyran-based compd. by specifying the conditions under which a photochromic spiropyran-based compd. is diffused on the surface of a plasticized polyvinyl butyral sheet. CONSTITUTION:A colored zone is formed on the surface of a plasticized polyvinyl butyral sheet with an ink contg. a photochromic spiropyran-based compd. (S). The sheet is heat-treated in an inert gas at the temp. T( deg.C) of 35-120 deg.C under conditions where the heat-treating index H defined by the equation is controlled to 300-800. In the equation, D is the number of heating days, and C is the oxygen concn. (vol.%) in the atmosphere. Even when the index H conforms to the equation, the colored spots of the colored zone are not eliminated at <35 deg.C, a part of the component S is converted to the coloring material at >120 deg.C, and the intermediate film is colored when the color is discharged. Even if the temp. T is controlled within the range, the colored spots of the colored zone are not eliminated, and the compd. S is deteriorated unless the index H is adjusted within the range.</p>
