PREPARATION METHOD OF LIGHTWEIGHT ADIABATIC BUILDING MATERIAL USING FLY ASH

An ALC (autoclave lightweight concrete) is manufactured by: (A) making a mixture (1) of fly ash, limestone powder and cement; (B) making a mixture (2) by mixing a reactive solution containing organic additive 5-20 g and inorganic additive 20-80 g to the above mixture (1) 1 kg with a foaming agent 1-5 g containing aluminum powder, stearin acid and surfactant dissolved in water; (C) molding the mixture (2) and then preceeding the foaming reaction of aluminum powder and lime for a required time; autoclave curing in the temperature range of 150 deg.C - 200 deg.C.
