A cosmetic composition is composed of 0.1-30 wt.% of liposomal stabilized protein-binding Cu,Zn-superoxide dismutase (Cu,Zn-SOD-Pro), 0.2-20 wt.% of one or more multivalent unsaturated fatty acid (5) and 0.05-10 wt.% of one or more antioxidant (S). The Cu,Zn-SOD-Pro is prepd. by extracting Zn,Cu-SOD from yeast, binding it to stabilized protein, and encapsulating it to obtain liposome. Pref. the multivalent unsaturated fatty cid has 2 or more double bond, and the number of C atom is 18-22 (n-6 or n-3 type).
